Car bought new 1 month ago. They are nice until you haven't paid yet, then it changes everything Too bad because it's not the first car we've bought from them. Car delivered with scratched bumper and cobwebs attached to the right front door Sent email to the seller Luca, never received a response from them!!!

I purchased a Citroen C3 Cseries. I collected the vehicle on 05/29/2023; shortly afterwards, in the sunlight (the car was delivered to me in the shaded area adjacent to the dealership entrance), I noticed that the rear bumper had some visible marks (photo 1). The seller checked and found the presence of several marks at the left corner, center and top of the rear bumper and proceeded to "fix it in the workshop". I checked the maintenance operation and, by getting closer with the light of my cell phone and putting the car under the light, I noticed that the cover was opaque. When I ran my finger over it, I felt it was sticky and colored black (photos 2 and 3). I immediately sent an email to the seller. The following day I was contacted by the Service Manager and we agreed on the date to leave the car in the workshop. Upon collection, the Manager reported that the bumper had been repainted. On Sunday 25 June, while washing the car (washing with water and drying with a chamois cloth), I found that the bonnet had a small protrusion (photo 4). The next morning I called the dealer and spoke to the workshop. The employee advised me to bring the car so he could view and verify what it was. A receptionist and the Service Manager found that it was "a grain of dust or a foreign body" that had penetrated during the painting of the piece, which had therefore "been incorporated" by the layers. They claimed it was a manufacturing defect. I delivered the car on Wednesday 28 June: the vehicle only had this protrusion. The next day I collected the car and the Service Manager announced that they had filed and polished the bonnet. Mindful of the previous experience with the bumper, as soon as it left the workshop, I examined the bonnet under the sunlight and, with my father, we noticed that it had a small white spot (photo 5). I immediately reported this to the Service Manager, who told me that he couldn't do anything about it and that it was a stone and to go to their body shop to ask for clarification. We also pointed out that this speck seemed to be in correspondence with the ledge (now gone). I would like to point out that I delivered the car with only the protrusion on the bonnet and that there was no stain on that side, as claimed by the Service Manager. At the body shop I spoke to the receptionist and explained my case, also referring to the old repair, and showed her the bonnet. She herself confirmed that it was a stone and not the consequences of this intervention. My father and I reiterated that this sign was not present when the car was delivered to the workshop the previous day: the car had been delivered only with the protrusion. Not getting any information on the matter, I turned to my insurance body shop and asked for an opinion and feedback on what the Service Manager and the body shop Receptionist had stated. The body shop found that the "small white spot" was below the clear coat and, therefore, could not have been caused by a stone. It is not possible for it to cause damage only under the clearcoat layer, leaving the clearcoat itself intact and perfect. Rating: 1 for sincerity Assistance: 3 Today (26/07/2023), I have just concluded a phone call with Citroen Customer Service, after having had an exchange of emails and two other phone calls on 30 June. Only today I was told by telephone that, at my expense, I would have to go to any authorized Citroen dealer to have the vehicle diagnosed within 48 hours.

I went into the dealership at 11am to inquire about a car and at 3pm I left the dealership with a new car. It was enough for me to explain to Luca what my needs were (a spacious car, with not excessive consumption and a tank large enough to withstand an 800 km journey without further refueling) and he immediately found the car for me. Even delivered on the same day given that it had been registered km0 shortly before. The best purchase made at a price that no one has given me, I will definitely come back here when it's time to replace the second machine.

I purchased three cars from them with a three-year contract. I have always had a great experience with their salespeople. One of their strong points is the workshop. I would like to point out the courtesy, professionalism and competence of Mr. Fabrizio, the workshop manager, who has always assisted me with great attention, making me feel served with great care and respect, and has always done his utmost to resolve those small problems that during years can occur on a car. If I have returned to them and will return for my next purchase it is precisely because of the after-sales service given by the workshop.

From the first meeting the assistance was excellent and with Vincenzo's help I finally managed to find the car that met my needs. The test drive was very useful and appreciated because I had confirmation that the car was suitable for me. I found availability and professionalism at every stage of the purchase. Car arrived early and without any defects. I highly recommend stopping by AUTOMAGENTA.

Kind, reliable, transparent and fast. I don't know what else you can ask for from a dealer. In particular, Vincenzo, the salesman who followed us, was really smart: from directing us on the most suitable configuration for our needs, to delivering the car in the time we needed. And to think that my wife and I are truly pains in the ass...a saint! Highly recommended. (Purchase C3, September 2023)

When you enter a dealership and they treat you well you appreciate it... but when you go back and feel treated even better you can't help but speak highly of it. In this case I only had to replace the 2 batteries in my Sportage keys... the treatment was excellent. Compliments!
